Our Terms and Conditions of Rental

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your booking at Sunpalm Villa that's why we encourage you to read the following terms and conditions of rental.

Duration of Holiday

The number of nights as stated on this request is related to your reservation of nights accommodation at Sunpalm Villa. The villa cannot be entered before 04.00 pm on arrival date stated (check-in) and must be cleared before or at the latest at 11.00 am on departure date (check-out) stated on the confirmation.

Security Deposit

All reservations require a security deposit of US$ 300 per stay. The deposit can only be collected by our local management company at their offices on arrival. Customer will be asked to sign a Credit Card slip. This will not be taken off the Credit Card Holders' account, unless damage to the property has been reported. If the customer is not a credit card holder, a US$ 300 cash deposit is required, and this will be refunded within 30 days of departure after inspection of the villa. If customer arrives after business opening hours, he is to contact the offices of our management company the next business day and to fulfill his security deposit obligations.

Reservations and Payment

A reservation will only be confirmed, when the $300.00 deposit (or currency equivalent) is cleared by Sunpalm Villa Bookings. So it is clear to the customer, that there is no reservation made as long as a deposit has not been paid and the reservation has not been confirmed by Sunpalm Villa. There is no deposit refund for cancellations by customer. Cancellations are accepted only in writing. All arrivals must be fully prepaid at least one calendar month prior to the first date of occupancy. If not, related reservation will be annulled. Keys will never be released if there is an unpaid balance on the booking. Sunpalm Villa reserves the right to change any reservation for reasons of non-availability beyond our control. In the rare event of this happening the customer will be informed immediately and prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation would require notification of such in writing before the full amount became due. The cancellation policy after the full amount has been paid is dependant solely on the amount of time left before departure:

• more than 4 weeks before departure - 100% of total amount paid minus deposit refunded
• 3-4 weeks before departure - 75% of total amount minus deposit refunded
• 2-3 weeks before departure - 50% of total amount minus deposit refunded
• 1-2 weeks before departure - 25% of total amount minus deposit refunded
• 0-1 weeks before departure - 0% of total amount minus deposit refunded

Extra Costs

Pre-arrival clean is included in our rates for a stay of at least 5 days. Pre-arrival cleaning will be added for stays of 4 days or shorter. No further cleaning will be charged, unless the accommodation has been left in an extreme condition. Customer will only be charged for extras if they have explicitly requested them at time of booking.

Options are: Pool heating at $150.00 (or currency equivalent) per week (recommended between October and April). Crib (Cot), High Chair, Rollaway bed, and additional Maid Service are available direct from our local management company.

Customer is responsible for all damages caused to Sunpalm Villa and/or its contents. Sunpalm Villa is a no-smoking villa and pets are not allowed.

By renting Sunpalm Villa, customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
